Welcome to Timetide! These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Timetide (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms are accepted by you when you download, install, or use Timetide. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must use Timetide only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Czech and EU laws.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 13, you may not use Timetide.
Users must be 13 years or older. Timetide is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from users under this age.
Timetide is an iOS app that helps students organise their academic schedule, with Live Activities on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. The App requires no user account. Your schedule data is stored on your device. iCloud sync is off by default — on first launch you can choose to enable it if you're setting up a new device, or keep data local if you're new to the app.
Timetide also offers an optional Community Year in Review feature. If you opt in (Settings → Community Year in Review), anonymous snapshots of your lesson data are sent weekly to our EU-hosted servers to contribute to aggregate community statistics. Participation is entirely voluntary and can be stopped at any time. No personally identifiable information is collected — see timetide.eu/your-data and our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Michal Zamastil and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Timetide is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with no warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Michal Zamastil or his affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Michal Zamastil and his affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your violation of any terms of these Terms.
If we are unable to provide the Services as a result of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, acts of God, or other events beyond our control), we will not be in breach of any of our obligations towards you under these Terms.
These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
For users in the European Union, GDPR and EU consumer protection laws also apply. Your rights under EU law are preserved regardless of these Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Timetide regarding your use of the App.
