No Account Required: You do not need to create an account to use Timetide.
Data Storage: Your schedule data (semesters, subjects, lessons) is stored only on your device and synced via your personal iCloud private database. We do not store your data on our servers.
✓ Timetide has zero access to your schedule data. It's physically impossible for us to see it.
Analytics: We use PostHog and RevenueCat for aggregate, anonymous data about how you use the App. This includes:
All analytics data is anonymous and aggregate. It cannot be linked to any individual user.
No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect your name, email, device ID, or location data.
Local/iCloud Storage: Your data is stored locally and synced via your iCloud private database. We do not store your data on our servers.
Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
PostHog: Used for analytics. PostHog is GDPR-compliant and offers EU data residency.
RevenueCat: Used for subscription and billing management. RevenueCat handles App Store receipts and entitlement checks. No schedule data is processed by RevenueCat.
We retain analytics data as long as necessary to improve the App, unless required otherwise by law.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
